What Causes Testicular Pain With A Twisted Feeling?
hi i think my testicle or both are twisted. i get weird pains in them, and they are always horizontal, with the lumpy cord bit at the front on my right, and back with the left. today i tried twisting the left so it faces the front. but it feels a bit strange and i'm worried.
also when i ejculate i feel a strange feeling in my left one like it is twisted.
any advice?

The position of the testes in your case is definitely not normal .
I would advise you to get the ultrasonography and color doppler examination and clinical evaluation and physical examination by a Urologist to get the correct diagnosis and plan for a treatment.
I think you will need a fixation of the testes top avoid torsions in future.
