Hi, you most likely have infection of the sperm tract. Seminal Vesiculitis would be the most likely cause. You should get a Urine and Semen culture done to see what is the problem and where is the infection. The report will also mention what antibiotics to start. You should take them for two weeks and avoid sex for this time. Then you could repeat the test and see. Please see a Urologist if there is any doubt. He would be the best person to examine you and advice you accordingly. Take care, Dr Rishi, New Delhi, India.
