Hi.
This is called balanitis. Can occur even in monogamous relationship.
The cause is changed internal environment of vagina for whatsoever cause and can cause this.
Nothing to worry.
Get a proper antibiotic. Metronidazole and antifungal treatment for you and your partner. Both will be fine.
No sex till you both get alright.
Please check your blood sugar.
Use conform for s few weeks after cure to avoid recurrence.
