my sis ter has had two recent surgerys one a lap choly then a open choly becouse of pocketing of the bile they put in a biliary bag and it has been 3 weeks , he stool in the last three cays has turned greycloored as bfore with nuasa and vomiting she is back in the hopsital and they dont seem like they want to do anything i know that the bile is not dumping down where it is soposed to becouse of the color of the stools the ct doent show any pocketing and i dont know what to do the bily has gone form 1.2 to 1.4

She must do ERCP and MRI biligraphy to see what is going on. It may be biliary duct obtruction or biliary leak and she should be evaluated in hepatobilliary centre since these complication of gallbladder surgery may be very serious if not treated adequately.
