What Causes The Body To Lean Towards The Left In The Elderly?

My sister is 61 years old she has had a few years of financial stress. I just met her for a walk and her left leg is dragging. By the end of the walk she was completely leaning to the left side of her body. She said she cannot walk fast or move quickly any more. She has exercised her entire life and said she feels totally uncoordinated at a lot of things she has done her whole life, ex. Swimming.
