Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

From what you said, it seems like they are having developmental delay. But this is only symptom of an underlying disorder which we have to investigate. Prognosis and any scope of treatment will depend on the cause. Since many members are affected, there is chance of a genetic problem. Whatever be the disorder, supportive measures like physiotherapy, early stimulation etc might improve the quality of life. Kindly discuss with a pediatric neurologist

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
