What Causes The Chill Feeling In The Chest?

im 21, 116 pounds i have postural hypotention i work in an environment with air condition running constantly, i constantly feel this chill in the center part of my chest and this usually happens when i'm at work mostly. Could you advise on what this might be? Thanks.
