What Causes The Discoloration Of The Nipple?
I am 44, a smoker and noticed that my right nipple (from the outer part to the center) has turned a dark color, black. It does not itch, does nut hurt, is not swollen, and feels normal. It is not a big part, roguhly the size of 25% of a penny. I have had a few black dots on both of my nipples (small black dots) since 3 years.

Thank you for using our service. I have read your question with care and I will answer with my medical advice. The use of tabacco and alcohol at the same time can cause discoloration in the nipple. This is called the Raynaud phenomenon. If the discoloration continues to occur is best to take a visit to your dermatologist. I hope my advice was helpful. Thank you.
