What Causes The Feeling Of Blood Rushing To The Head While Sleeping?
I am a 30 year old female who sleeps on her stomach (I can't sleep any other way). I have to constantly move my head on the pillow from right to left throughout the night because I feel the blood rushing to my head. I don't think this is normal and was wondering what I could do to stop it since I have trouble sleeping because of it.
