What Causes The Feeling Of Bowels Every Time While Leaving Home?

hi am 22 yrs old 5ft 9in weight 60.I have a problem in which i feel like going toilet(motion) when I am leaving my home in the morning or when waiting in a queue or when i know there is no toilet any way near me.This thing is eating me up.Now i dont prefer going to hill stations or for long drives because of this.In morning when I am leaving for college i go to toilet at least 5 6 times but the moment I am about to leave i feel like going again.Because of all this i do not feel like eating when I am out fearing i may have to go to toilet as a result of which I am under weight. I consulted a Doctor he diagnosed it as IBS.Is it really IBS?Please tell me what i can do and if there is any specialist for this.rply soon.
