What Causes The Feeling Of Grape Struck In The Throat?

I was eating a few grapes and one of the grapes went down my throat. I coughed and I spit out the other grape. I was able to talk fine and breathe. I just still felt grape stuck. I drank a lot of water and I don t feel the grape as much. But I feel a little dizzy.
