What Causes The Feeling Of Nausea, Belching, Constant Thirst And Out Of Breath?

Hello, I have been feeling sick every morning for the past month in a half or so, and for the last few days, it lasted the entire day, not just the morning. It use to fade away around 9 am, but now lasts all day. My sick feeling is worse when I eat. My symptoms are a feeling of nausea, belching, constant thirst, out of breath quickly. What could this be? Thanks
