What Causes The Frequent Rashes On The Back And Arms Which Do Not Hurt?
My fiancé gets these random scratch like lines on his back and arms, they do not itch nor hurt. They are not raised and do not blanch when pressed. They look speckled like hickeys and are half inch to about six inches long and less than a centimeter wide. They are not scratches or traumas. Also, they go away in a matter of days with no scaring. I do have a photo. I'm stumped!

I can understand your concern, just wait couple of days this will come around on its own, this could be a urticarial rash, does not have any reason sometime but for sure gets all right soon without any medicine, and if does not go away then the best option in drug is "Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day this will subside the symptoms, hope this information helps you, take care and have good time.
