What Causes The Head To Be Too Small When Compared To Whole Body?

I m 24 years old, but my head is very very abnormal. The back and top of my head seem liked it stopped growing while my face and features have been developing at normal pace. Basically my whole head is too small for my body besides my ears and nose. What is wrong?

dont be worried.
di get yourself examined by a orthopedician.
they will tell you as to whethet there is any problem with you.
