Hello Ms. Sunita, Thanks for trusting us with your health concern. At the outset, please do not get disappointed. It is true that your pregnancy tests, both the urine and the blood tests are negative. This can happen with a previously regular menstrual cycle with causes like sudden weight changes, stress, some infection or use of certain medications. Hormone imbalance can also be caused by cysts of the ovary, polycystic ovarian disease, hyperprolactinemia, abnormal thyroid profile etc. I would ask you to see a gynecologist for a proper appraisal of the situation. A sonogram of the pelvis, preferably in the trans-vaginal route, is needed to know the status of the pelvic organs. Do not worry, once the cause of the delayed period is detected and treated, you can try to conceive. Take care.
