What Causes The Ringing Sound In Ears?

My son had the Tdap and Meningococcal vaccines two days ago. He is 11 1/2. There was no reaction following vaccines. Arms sore but that s it. Yesterday he had a short episode of ringing ears, he said everything looks small, muffles hearing. He did not pass out. The same thing happened twice today. He is by nature an anxious kid. Seems pretty coincidental that vaccines two days ago. Would love your input.
