What Causes The Sensation Of Falling, Muscle Weakness, And Fatigue Despite Having Epilepsy Since Childhood?

I had epilepsy since I was 6 years old I am 25 now and nothing ever change in my epliespy but recently I been having a sensation of my body like aggravating to ground I feel like I lost all my muscles and my body is falling over to the ground but I am still aware and it not like a normal sezurie I have where I pass out and jerk unconscious. Idk what I should do I feel confused and very tired aftwerwards.
