What Causes The Severe Abdominal Pain And Vomiting?

I am 23/m 5'11 165 lbs. i have had severe pain and chronic unctrollable vomiting the last year, and none of the doctors i have gone to have been able to give me an answer or do anything to help me. the only thing that has seemed to help me is smoking marijuana and taking narcotics. which i DO NOT want to do anymore, please help me

I appreciate that you have decided to come out of your addiction to marijuana and narcotics. You must realise that this is not the treatment of your problem. I would advise you to visit a gastro enterologist in association with a psychiatrist/de addiction centre for the problems you have narrated. However, the most important aspect of your treatment is your determination to do the things the right way, and I am sure you have it now. So good luck.
