What Causes The Stool To Be Near The Anus Without The Bowel Movement?

I constantly have stool when wiping my anus. I do not ha leakage on underwater. Its just everytime I wipe I have stool which takes many times to wipe clean. This happens without a bowel movement and have noticed it for about a week every time I user restroom to urinate and it is there again.

You might be constipated and not able to fully evacuate your rectum. Increase water, fiber and fruits in your diet, doesn't hurt to try over the counter stool softeners, or prunes/prune juice.
