What Causes Thick Bloody Mucus In Saliva, Fatigue And Back Pain?
I woke up from sleeping and had a mouth full of phlegm and when I spit it out in the sink there was blood in it. After rinsing my mouth out, I took a deep breath and coupled up thick mucus blood. Plus I am very fatigued and my back hurts towards the bottom of my lungs .

You are having hemoptysis (blood in sputum). And your other symptoms are suggestive of lung infection (pneumonia) more.
So, it is better to consult pulmonologist and get done a clinical examination of the respiratory system and chest x-ray. If the chest x-ray is showing infiltration, then you will need antibiotics (Amoxicillin-Clavulanic acid or Levofloxacin).
