Dear Patient,
Thank you very much for your question. If you have a fluid discharge from penis as a result of sexual excitement, it is absolutely normal because during sexual excitement fluids from
prostate gland, bulbourethral glands(Cowper's glands) secrete from the tip of the penis. However, secretion comes out from penis without sexual excitement or sexual feelings can not be considered as normal.
I want to know how you pass urine. Frequent or not. Also when did you have your last sexual contact? It is very hard to answer without a proper examination of a patient, however, my advice is to consult your family physician for proper diagnosis and treatment. When you see your family doctor, please do not forget to explain all your symptoms. How you urinate, frequent or normal, any discoloration in urine, presence of pain or irritation during urination, when you had last sexual contact for instance is very important. Your family doctor will check your urine and also perform digital prostate examination to confirm
prostatitis. Aslo non specific
urethritis can cause fluid discharge from penis with the presence of above mentioned symptoms. Only urethral discharge without
frequent urination, discoloration of urine, pain or irritaion or burning sensation during urination, swollen lypmh nodes is quiet unlikely with NSU ,however, without a proper examination and laboratory testing it is impossible to figure out the cause for your condition. Therefore, my advice to consult your family doctor and if necessary he or she will direct you to a
urologist. I hope that I answered your question. If you have more questions, please let me know.
Good luck!
