What Causes Thick Grey Vomiting?

Hi. I just puked up a very very thick grey vomit. I was nauseous all day had stomach pain, gas, diareah and constipation and bloating. I am lactose intolerant and Accidently consumed a fair amount of dairy but it was over 24 hours ago? What could have caused the vomit

Hi welcome to HCM....

You have constant vomiting and constipation , so organic cause has to be ruled out first by USG if intestinal obstruction present .....

If no obstruction and no organic cause than gastritis infection or chronic constipation leading vomiting ....

For that take omeprazole capsule to reduce acidity ....
Take ciprofloxacin antibiotic for five days ....

Meanwhile drink more water and fruits taken more ....
Avoid smoking ....
Alcohol drinking avoided ...
Excess tea and coffe not taken....
Green leafy veg more ...
Take diegene syrup to relieve constipation.....

For vomiting domperidone tablet taken ....

If no improvement Endoscopy might needed. ...

Take care ....
