What Causes Thick Legs In Afternoons That Reduces On Running/hiking?

Hello, Doctor, I notice that my legs get thicker in the afternoon. However, my legs get thiner after running or hiking. Is this normal?
Sometimes I feel dizzy only when I get up from couch, but never happen when I get up from wood chair. Is this normal?

Thank you for contacting us. It is my opinion that changes in leg thickness after exercise is a normal occurrence and nothing to worry about.

It is also normal to get dizzy from a couch as you are sitting lower in the chair than if you were getting up from a wooden chair. It is my opinion that this is normal
