What Causes Thick Nasal Discharge With Blood Traces?
I had a fever, sore throat, achyness, fatigue, and a headache two days ago. My fever broke yesterday and now I just feel congested. But now I have either been coughing up or blowing out my nose thick, off white, chunky, phlegm with a little blood in it. Is that normal?

It seems you are having cold . it common to get little blood from your nose if you are blowing your nose very hard or you repeatedly putting finger in your nose . go to ent doctor get your check up done and take nasal decongestant etc. and donot blow you nose with great force
