What Causes Thick Urine With Dusty Substances?

hello, I m 31 years old woman and i have noticed that my urine looks thick with lots of dusty like dandruff particles. this has been going on none stop for almost a year. i have to pain and i don t have any burning sensation when i pee. when i get cold i would get abdominal pains and starts bleeding right away. As its winter i constantly bleed and the circle goes on for couple of days as if its a menstrual period. i went to the doctor he did a sonar and he told me everything looked normal. please help

In my opinion it is urinary tract infection involving Urinary bladder.
I advice my patients who come with these complaints to go for Diagnostic cystoscopy so that inside of the bladder can be seen and biopsy of the bladder can be taken for definite diagnosis.
