Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely bacterial vaginosis with associated yeast infection. In case of increase in discharge a pelvic inflammatory condition can be suspected also.It is better to have a pelvic examination by GP or gynecologist a swab to rule out the cause of it.For such cases in my patients i treat with combination of antibiotics like clindamycin or metronidazole with clotrimazole as vaginal suppository or oral tab.I also advise them to use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH and there by prevent from getting further infections.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
