What Causes Thick White Clogs In The Urine Stream?
I know this is weird. But can a 23-yr old get prostate problems? At times if I don t masturbate regularly, I see thick white clogs coming down with my urine ONLY WHEN I DEFAECATE. They appear like semen to me. When I start masturbating again, they don t appear. I have read that they are due to prostate enlargement.

The white clogs are not a prostate problem, but rather they are accumulated semen inside the prostatic glands which show up when you do not masturbate regularly.
It is absolutely normal physiology and not pathology or other disorder which require medical attention, unless there is associated fever or burning urination.
