From your history it appears that you are a sexually active girl.
White discharge from your description appears to be either fungal (yeast), trichomonal or bacterial. Yeast discharge is white with flakes while the trichomonal discharge is greenish frothy discharge. Bacterial discharge is yellowish pus like and foul smelling.
Fungal infection is treated with antifungal medicines (locally or systemically). Concomitant use of Lacobacilli vaginal ovules and perineal wash is more useful.
Trichomonal infection can be treated by Metronidazol while bacterial infection needs antibiotics.
Please report to your Gynaecologist for identifying the infection and appropriate treatment.
Both the sexual partners irrespective of symptoms should be treated simultaneously to avoid recurrence. Till both of you are declared completely cured, please observe absolute sexual abstinence.
I hope this helps you.
