What Causes Thick Yellow Discharge From Vagina After Laproscopy?

Hi I am 27 and had a Laparoscopy to remove adheasions from the tops of my tubes however a few days after the op I was having thick lumpy yellow discharge. What does this mean?

I have also not come on yet! I'm on day 42 and I never miss my PMT. What does thi mean?
