I am 27 weeks pregnant and recently moved from west coast to east coast. I assumed that my itchy shin/calf area was just due to this harsh winter weather. However, over the last few days noticed tiny red dots appearing on my thighs and now on one forearm- but these do not itch and they are not raised at all which is the case for some of the calf/shin area. No new detergents or food or medication. Is this all due to dry weather? Why would some itch and some not?
