What Causes Thin Stool And Rectal Pain While On Medication For PCOD?

Hie i have been on medication from the past 2 months for pcod and as advised by doctor i was supposed to take one extra medicine 5 days after my periods are over. Since then i have developed some weired pooping habits. The poop usually is thin and i get bad aches after every 30 mims and at that time i urgently need to go to the washroom. The pain is unbearable plz suggest some thing. And yes the poop also has some fat like substance with it
