I have been feeling nauseated when I stretch, and when I try to take deep breaths to make it go away, it feels as if my throat is tightening. I also have started to cough during and while I am eating. It feels like food is irritating my throat or something, and I have to cough. My throat also feels tight through out the day, on and off. What should I do?
