What Causes Throat Pain And Breathlessness After Having Pork Chops?
Ate boneless pork chops for lunch at work Wednesday and it s something small but sharp sticking in throat I can breath fine and only feel pain when swallowing a big pice of food drinking is fine just hurts a lil if I swallow to much at once what do I need to do
As per your query it seems that you have a sore throat.. It may be associated with tonsillitis.. It may be due to bacterial or viral infection or may be due to allergic reaction causing pain and difficulty in swallowing..
I would suggest you to do warm saline gargles. Avoid spicy and very hot food, smoking or drinking alcohol. Take soft and cold diet. Taking hot milk with pinch of turmeric powder in it at bed time can be relieving as it has antiseptic properties. If there is pain and discomfort Ibuprofen or paracetamol (if not allergic)can be helpful.. If the pain and discomfort does not subside you should see a doctor and get tested for whether it is bacterial or viral infection and get treated accordingly..
Hope this helps.
Regards..
