What Causes Throat Pain When Swallowing?

My throat hurts when I swallow and sneeze but not sharply like tonsillitis but dull pain. Slightly to the left. No other symptoms of any illness. And I can not see anything untoward. 7 days now and no sign of getting better. Almost feels like a bruise....

Welcome to healthcare magic..
There could some infection in throat....I recommend tablet amoxicillin with clavulinic acid two times a day after food for 5 days...tab paracetamol for pain relief...
