Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may be suffering from tonsillitis with possibly tonsillitis stone.
Other possibilities like aphthous ulcers or infections etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.
Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days.
Use antibiotics under your doctor guidance.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
