Hi,
Most of the symptoms that you pointed out here, are of
nasal allergy.
Throat irritation, dry cough, heavy chest all lies in the same spectra.
Allergy or
eosinophilia, whatever you call it, begins from nose. The airway mucosa is getting irritated at something in the environment. It could be dust, cold or any abnormal fumes or even poluted air.
It's best that you accept the condition and start the needed treatment and take necessary precautions.
Are you having any nasal block, itching or discharge? If yes, you are having
allergic rhinitis, the difficult symptoms could be controlled by nasal sprays.
Otherwise, you can start with antihistamines at night.
This "something stuck in the throat" feeling could be due to
allergic pharyngitis which too would subside with antihistamines.
