Hello,

Throat pain while bending may be due to acid reflux. When ever you bend the stomach acid may be returning to mouth lead to pain.

So don't bend much. Use tablet pantaprazole before breakfast for one week. Avoid spicy food and alcohol consumption.

If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and do endoscopy then treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
