What Causes Throat Problem In Babies From Birth?

Hi,good evening my sisters son now 3years older from birth onwards he have problem in throat for that problem we took to doctor and two times operated now he going to school but he not talking pls guide to perfect hospital with good doctor

What exactly was the throat problem? was it a cleft palate? Is he able to produce some sounds and single words, like pappa mamma?

Throat problem with speech delay need a comprehensive treatment approach with pediatrician, ENT specialist and a speech therapist. This will need multiple regular sittings. Kindly take him to a neuro developmental centre for children. Since I am not aware of your location, not able to suggest a particular hospital/doctor.
