What Causes Throat Swelling And Shortness Of Breath?

Hello, for the past few months I have had some issues with my throat. At times it feels like its swollen when itdoes not look like it and it often feels as if someone is pressing on it. I am having shortness of breath as well. Could this just been a sinus issue or something else?

hello, thanks for your query, external neck swelling with short of breath could be a serious issue related to thyroid swelling , major neck vessel selling or some lymph node enlargement compressing neck vessels. kindly evaluate by an ent surgeon , u may require Ent examination, throid profile and ultrasound neck. all the best. take care.
