What Causes Throbbing Left-sided Temple Pain, Dizziness And Stomach Pain When Diagnosed Migraines

My head is hurting and I keep getting a hard throbbing pain on the left side by my temple that makes me want to cry I have migraines and medicine but the medicine is not working I m dIZZY and light headed and very sick to my stomach what can I do to help with my symptoms

So follow these steps for better symptomatic relief in migraine.
1. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
2. Avoid excessive sun exposure.
3. Avoid fasting, take your meals timely.
4. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated.
5. Take sound sleep of 6-8 hours.
6. Start combination of propranolol and flunarizine at bedtime.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
