I m going to the doctor Thursday but I ve been having throbbing pain in left side of scrotum. Did have varicocele on this side 6 years ago but this feels different. The pain is behind the testicle in the spermadic cord or epididmys region? It has risen into my pelvis as well on left side over last couple weeks but is not very swollen. Also have a shiny patch of skin on penis that seems to dry out and peel. I have had a couple unprotected sexual encounters with women. Did urine dunk at urgent care 2 weeks ago and showed no bacteria or blood but pain has gotten worse. Do those urine dips test for epidydimitis? Does this sound like std? Thank you!
hi. throbbing pain may suggest an abscess formation. you may have STD. you should go for an ultrasound of your testicles. & get an opinion of a dermatologist for that patch on your penis.
