Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms are not suggestive of any serious medical disorder. It could be local inflammation. If this situation persists, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and a shoulder X-ray study, coupled with inflammation tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR).

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
