What Causes Throbbing Pain In Testicle?
Every once in a while, randomly, i will get a throbbing like pain in my testicles, like they are tightening up. It makes my stomach hurt and feels like i have to poop. Then if i manage to the pain goes away, if not it just takes a little longer and it goes away on its own. I noticed a little ball like feeling bump but its connected to my right testicle. Any ideas what i should do? im 20 6'2 and 160 lbs

I really appreciate your concern such testicle pain may be nonspecific and may not be due to any disease, in case of continues pain this can be managed with "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" three times in day, this is nothing to worry, in persistent condition this need to be clinically examined and may need some investigation, take care.
