hi throbbing chest pain can be due to various reasons, usually related to severe gastritis, lung infections with cough, cardiac related problems, local pain due to trauma or any infection.
these are more common in diabetic patients.
sore lumpy breast is due to mastalgia, sometimes this can also mimic this sort of pain, can be due to infection or hormonal imbalance.
i suggest you to meet the cardiologist first, to rule out for the cardiac problems like ischaemia, or microvascular angina, with an ECG, ECHO & if possible an angiogram( as you already have a history stroke)
if your cardiac status is normal , you can get evaluated for the other reasons. all the best take care
