What Causes Throwing Up, Diarrhea, Stomach Ache During Bowel Movement?
I throw up like three times today I had diaria like twice now the bottom of my stomach aches like I have to poop an can t when I throw up yellow stuff came up but I had not ate anything what could be wrong with me I know I might have a uti it would be helpful thanks alot

From history it seems that you might be having gastro-enteritis.
Take medicine for vomiting like Domperidone 1 stat.
Take plenty of water and electrolytes after vomiting stops.
Take light diet like curd, rice and butter milk.
Ok and take care.
