General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You are having tinnitus problem in one ear. The middle ear infection or fluid accumulation can be the cause. You have history of sinus infection. So ear infection could be possible. I suggest you consult otorhinolaryngologist for Otoscopy ear examination by otorhinolaryngologist. According to cause specific treatment given.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
