I can tell my thyroid nodules are getting bigger because my voice is changing and turning my head and looking down causes discomfort. Whats really worrying me is the pulsing pressure head aches. It feels like a headache with a pulse thats worse with certain movements of the neck. Could my nodules be pinching a nerve or causing these feelings in my head?
If you were a patient in my clinic first of all i would recommend you an ultrasound of the thyroid gland, the hormonal thyroid level and than other exams if it is verified that the nodules are increased in size and have suspicious characteristics.
Regarding the symptoms you described i would recommend you to check the blood pressure and if it is normal to see a neurologist because theu do not seem to related to the nodules.
Hope i have helped.
Kind regards, Dr.Mirjeta
