What Causes Tight Sensation In The Toes?

I have been experiencing a tightness in my toes and the ends of my feet for a few months. It started in my right foot and now is also in left foot .I also have a slight tingling in left foot. No real pain at all. I had a physical 2 days ago and mentioned this to the doctor, but he had no idea what is causing this. I don t feel it s a foot problem. It seems more like a circulation issue. What could cause this?

This tingling and tightness sensation in your feet might be related to many causes, starting with rheumatic changes, blood circulation issues, or standing on your feet for a long time.
