What Causes Tightness And Spasms Of Sensitive Breast?

I am female, 66 years of age. Have a feeling of tightness, sort a coming and going spasm beneath my right breast. This has gone on a few days. My breasts feeling sensitive, especially the right one. No temperature. Not tired. Sometimes the spasm is worse and sometimes very mild. Comes and goes.

Welcome to hcm,
your spasm in the breast is most likely due to muscle pull nothing to worry about sometimes it may be due to low calcium levels as you are above 60.
If I were your treating physician I will advice you to wear loose clothing
Adequate fluid intake
Calcium tablets containing vitamin D 3
Adequate sun exposure and review if necessary. Hope for a speedy recovery.
