When I pull my shoulders down and back, the area around my collar bones and upper traps feels so tight and uncomfortable. I just can t find any stretches that relieve the issue. What stretches/ exercises would you suggest? (I do a lot of weight lifting, if this helps diagnose the issue)Thanks for your time.
